All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation/system.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in the selected currency
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Prices may include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise

TicketHarbour reserves the right to correct pricing errors.


4. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.
However, these are provided by suppliers, and we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are subject to:

  • The supplier’s individual cancellation policy
  • The Refund Policy available on our website

6. Changes & Availability

Suppliers may:

  • Modify itineraries
  • Change schedules
  • Cancel experiences due to unforeseen circumstances

TicketHarbour is not responsible for such changes but will assist where possible.


7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for your experience
  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Follow supplier instructions and safety guidelines

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.


8. Liability

TicketHarbour acts only as a reseller of the listed products and is not liable for:

  • Personal injury during the time of experience
  • Loss or damage during the time of experience
  • Service quality during the time of experience

These remain the responsibility of the supplier who provides the activity.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather conditions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) belongs to TicketHarbour and may not be used without permission.

1. Role of TicketHarbour

TicketHarbour operates as a marketplace and reseller of tours, activities, and travel services.
All experiences listed on our platform are operated by independent third-party suppliers.

As such, refund eligibility and conditions are determined by the specific supplier of each experience.


2. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

Each product has its own cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly displayed:

  • On the product page
  • During the booking process
  • In your booking confirmation

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the supplier’s policy, including:

  • Free cancellation within a specified period
  • Partial refunds
  • Non-refundable bookings

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some experiences are marked as non-refundable.

  • No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or late arrival

  • A full refund

6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Failure to attend the experience on time may result in:

  • Full loss of booking
  • No refund eligibility

8. Processing Time
